FAQ

What is the latest Anime Dice update?
As of 13 September 2026 the live version is UPD 3, visible directly in the game's title on its Roblox page as [🎉UPD 3] Anime Dice. The official page also shows a last-updated date of 12 September 2026, which indicates a further hotfix after UPD 3 shipped, though it was not given a public version name.
When did Anime Dice come out?
The community record puts the launch at 15 August 2026, and the launch-era code RELEASE still works months later, which fits. Roblox does not show a first-published date on the game page itself, so treat the launch date as community-recorded rather than official.
Is there an official Anime Dice changelog?
No public changelog exists. The developer communicates through the game's title tag, in-game codes and its Roblox group, not through published patch notes. Any page listing what each update changed feature-by-feature is either inferring from incremental-game conventions or quoting a single creator's observation.
How do codes relate to updates in Anime Dice?
The code names are the closest thing to a version log: RELEASE marks launch, and UPDATE1, UPDATE2 and UPDATE3 line up with the three numbered content updates. Milestone codes such as 5KCCU and 1KCCU are tied to concurrent-player-count records rather than content drops.
How do I check which version I am playing?
There is no in-game version string to read. Use the Roblox page title as the reference: while it says [🎉UPD 3], the live build is UPD 3. If a new code stops redeeming for everyone at once, that usually means a fresh update and a brief server rollout, not that the code was wrong.

How Can You Track Anime Dice Updates Without Patch Notes?

Anime Dice has no patch notes, so an honest update history has to show how each line is known. Every entry below carries one of three evidence classes:

ClassWhat it meansExample
OfficialVisible on the game’s own Roblox page or in the clientThe title tag [🎉UPD 3], the last-updated date
Community-recordedDated by third-party wikis or press, not by the developerThe 15 August 2026 launch date
Verified in footagePresent in gameplay we reviewed frame by frameGrade tiers to Z, tower floors past 60
UnverifiedReported somewhere, we could not confirm it ourselvesIndividual rewards of milestone codes

Anime Dice Version Timeline

Date (2026)VersionEvidenceWhat we can actually say
15 AugustLaunchCommunity-recordedThe game opened to the public; the RELEASE code dates from this launch milestone and was still redeemable on 2 September when games.gg listed three live codes with zero expiries.
shortly after launchUpdate 1Community-recorded (code UPDATE1)A numbered content update, confirmed by the code it shipped with. No official description of its contents exists.
before 2 SeptemberUpdate 2Official-era evidence: code UPDATE2 live; our own earlier coverage versioned against itSecond numbered update. By this point the standard three-currency bundle (Lucky Spins, Trait Rerolls, Gems) was the established code reward format.
2 SeptemberDated pressgames.gg records three active codes and no expired ones — a useful snapshot of the pre-UPD 3 state.
6 SeptemberUpdate 3 (UPD 3)Community-recorded date + official title tagThe Roblox page title now reads [🎉UPD 3] Anime Dice, which is the official confirmation that the third update is the live build. Codes UPDATE3 plus milestone codes 5KCCU and 1KCCU were reported around it by community wikis; we have not verified those three in-client.
12 SeptemberUnnamed hotfixOfficial page fieldThe game page’s last-updated date moved to 12 September, after UPD 3. The developer gave it no public name or notes.
13 SeptemberOfficial page fieldSnapshot: 26,616 concurrent players, 7.5M+ visits, server size 9, listed under Simulation / Incremental Simulator.

What Was Present In The Client By UPD 3 (Frame-Verified)

The second layer of the timeline is what actually existed in the game during the September 2026 sessions we checked one frame at a time. This does not tell you which update added each system — that is exactly the information the developer has not published — but it does bound the claims: anything below was live, and anything we did not see we do not claim was added.

  • Rarity ladder reaching Mythical, with Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary beneath it (card rarity lines).
  • Grades rolled for shards in their own menu, with a ladder running B · A · A+ · S · S+ · Z, a per-tier chances column, and an Auto Roll toggle.
  • Mutations as four colored card labels: Diamond, Ruby, Emerald, Rainbow — documented on the mutations guide.
  • Traits shown as a named bonus with a level (for example Health III) on the trait panel, as covered in the traits guide.
  • Towers with a difficulty list (named towers on Easy, Medium and Hard settings, plus an Infinity-tier entry), floor counters advancing unattended after you press Fight, and runs observed past Floor 60 — now written up step by step on the Infinity Tower guide.
  • Auto-sell rules on the selling NPC, and a daily/weekly quest board paying tickets.

If a system is missing from this list, treat any site claiming it was “added in Update 3” as unverified. That includes rebirth and secret-character claims circulating elsewhere — see the reroll priority guide for what the confirmed economy actually centres on.

How Codes Map To Versions

Because there are no patch notes, codes function as the community’s version markers. Our Anime Dice codes page keeps the verification status of each one current:

  • RELEASE — launch milestone
  • UPDATE1 · UPDATE2 — the first two numbered updates
  • UPDATE3 — reported for the third update (verify in-client before we print rewards)
  • 5KCCU · 1KCCU — reported player-count milestone codes, tied to concurrency records rather than content

Two practical notes. Codes are one-time per account and strictly case-sensitive, so paste them rather than typing. And when a previously working code suddenly fails for everyone, that normally signals an update rolling out and servers cycling — not that the code was ever wrong.

What We Are Watching For Next

The update cadence so far is roughly fortnightly with hotfixes in between, and a 12 September patch on an 8-day-old build says the team is still working at release tempo. What would change this page immediately:

  1. The title tag moving to [🎉UPD 4] — the only official version signal there is.
  2. A named update published anywhere official — the game’s Roblox group is the place it would appear first.
  3. Numbers appearing in menus that were blank before — storage caps, offline rates and upgrade cost tables are the three values players keep asking for, and none of them exist yet. Each has its own page: offline earnings and the block and dice upgrade guide.

We re-check the official page and the client footage on every update; if you catch a version change before we do, the contact page takes screenshots with dates and we will credit them in the timeline above.
